ELUTIONS partners with SyTech to release Excel Reporter for ControlMaestro

Elutions is partnering with SyTech to rebrand the latter’s flagship XLReporter product as Excel Reporter to provide report generation and data analysis capabilities for its newly launched ControlMaestro SCADA package.

ControlMaestro is designed to combine Wizcon’s SCADA and web capabilities with Elution’s asset management and wireless technologies. As Excel Reporter, SyTech’s XLReporter will provide it with automatic, background report generation using Microsoft Office Excel. It is fully compatible with all MS Windows operating systems including Vista and its support for the Office Excel family extends to Excel 2007 using the new Office Fluent user interface.

“Excel Reporter will be our primary solution for any application involving compliance, maintenance, production or performance reporting,” said Elutions marketing director Emmanuel Vitrac.

Reports can be created automatically or on demand from real-time data or by interfacing to historians or databases to make drill-down, summary and utilization reports which can then be distributed via web pages, networked printers, PDF files or email. As well as a native historical interface to ControlMaestro, Excel Reporter includes standard interfaces such as OPC and OLE_DB, advanced automated scheduling, Web publishing, PDF conversion and emailing.
