ELUTIONS signs letter of intent to acquire Wizcon Systems from ITA Holdings
January 26, 2006 – ELUTIONS has entered into a letter of intent to purchase Wizcon Systems, a business unit of ITA Holdings, formerly Axeda, Inc. Wizcon Systems markets Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) solutions into markets that are synergistic with ELUTIONS markets including Utility, Water/Wastewater, and Buildings. Wizcon Systems is headquartered in Lyon, France, with offices in the Netherlands, the UK and Israel.
